We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your account and data.

⚠️ Important Warning

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • All your expense data stored locally on the device
  • Your account information and preferences
  • Access to your synced data (unless you keep it in Google Drive)

This action cannot be undone!

How to Delete Your Account

Open the MereKharche App

Launch the MereKharche app on your Android device.

Go to Settings

Tap on the "Settings" tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to Account Section

Scroll down to find the "Account" section at the bottom of the settings page.

Tap "Delete Account"

Tap on the "Delete Account" button. You will see a confirmation dialog.

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning carefully and tap "Delete" to confirm. Your account and all local data will be permanently deleted.

ℹ️ What Happens to Your Data?

Local Data: All expense data stored on your device will be permanently deleted.

Google Drive Data: If you've enabled Google Drive sync, your data will remain in your Google Drive unless you manually delete it. You can:

  • Keep the backup in your Google Drive for future use
  • Manually delete the MereKharche folder from your Google Drive

Google Account: Your Google account will not be affected. Only the MereKharche app data will be removed.

  • Your registered email address
  • Request to delete your account
  • We'll process your request within 7 business days
